Most business failures don't happen because of bad ideas. They happen because of missing structure, unclear plans, lack of mentorship, and no accountability. Option C Foundation provides all of these free.
You have the drive and maybe even the idea. But what's missing?
A great idea with no structure is just a dream. You need a realistic roadmap: who your customers are, how you'll reach them, what you'll charge, and how you'll actually launch.
When you hit your first problem (and you will), mentorship matters. Someone who's done it before can show you the way. Without that, you second-guess yourself and eventually give up.
When things get hard (and they do), accountability keeps you moving. Regular check-ins with a mentor, structured milestones, and progress reviews prevent you from ghosting your own business.
You think your idea is good, but have you tested it? Do people actually want it? Will they pay for it? We help you validate or refine your idea before you invest heavily in a direction.
Most business plans are either non-existent or unrealistic. We help you build a plan that's detailed enough to guide you but flexible enough to adapt. Something you can actually execute.
Reading articles about entrepreneurship is nice. Having someone who's actually built a business review your plan, tell you what you're missing, and show you the way forward is transformative.
Regular mentorship meetings, milestone deadlines, and progress checks create accountability. You're not just accountable to yourself (which is easy to break). You're accountable to someone else.
You've been thinking about starting something for months or years. You're excited about the potential, but you don't know the next steps. Who do you ask? Our program provides that direction.
You don't know successful entrepreneurs. You don't have business connections. Mentorship feels like a luxury only connected people get. We provide it free, regardless of who you know.
You started a business once, got stuck, and abandoned it. Or you've been "about to start" for years. This time, you need structure and accountability to actually launch.
Should you register a business? Get a license? Build a website? Find customers first or handle operations? The options feel overwhelming. We provide a clear, step-by-step path forward.
Help refining your business idea or generating new ones. Testing concepts with potential customers. Validating that people actually want what you're planning.
Creating a detailed, realistic business plan. Target customers, marketing strategy, pricing, financial projections, operational setup. A roadmap you can actually execute.
Step-by-step guidance on business registration, legal structure, banking, insurance, and the mechanics of actually starting. You know what to do each week.
Regular meetings with mentors who have built real businesses. They review your plans, answer your questions, challenge your assumptions, and show you the way forward.
Clear milestones with deadlines. Structured check-ins. Progress tracking. Regular touchpoints that keep you moving and prevent months of stalling.
Connection with other aspiring entrepreneurs going through the same process. Shared resources, peer learning, collaboration opportunities, and the feeling that you're not alone.
That's the point of this program. If you had everything figured out, you wouldn't need us. Here's what we actually require:
You've thought about this. You want to do it. You're not certain how, but you're willing to invest time and effort to figure it out.
You might have a specific business in mind. Or you might just know the general area (creative work, services, products, online, local). We can work with any level of specificity.
You're ready to do the work. Ask questions, research, test ideas, refine your plan, and actually launch. We guide you, but you have to be willing to move forward.
You understand building a business takes time. You're not expecting instant success. You have faith that structured work and mentorship will get you there.
Yes. Many of our best participants start without a specific idea. Our program includes structured ideation support to help you identify a business that fits your skills, interests, and market opportunity. By the end of the first few weeks, you'll have a solid business direction.
That's exactly what this program is for. We teach business fundamentals from the ground up: how to identify customers, what to charge, how to get customers, financial basics, legal setup, and operations. You don't need prior business experience.
The program is completely free. There are no tuition fees, no enrollment costs, no hidden charges. This includes all mentorship, planning materials, and support. You'll have startup costs for your actual business (which vary by business type), but the education and mentorship is entirely free.
Our core program is 12-16 weeks. Most participants launch their first business within this timeframe. Some move faster, some need additional time to plan. The timeline depends on your business type and how quickly you move through planning and customer acquisition.
We don't provide funding directly, but we help you minimize startup costs and identify funding sources. We teach bootstrapping strategies, connect you with microloan programs, and explore grants if available. Many successful businesses start with very little capital — we show you how.
