How We Match You to the Right Business

The quiz is short, but the matching logic behind it is specific. Here's what goes into your results and why we built it this way.

What the Quiz Measures

Seven questions cover the factors that most determine whether a business is realistic for a specific person: available startup capital, weekly hours available to work, physical limitations or requirements, comfort with client interaction, existing skills and experience, preferred work setting (home-based vs. mobile vs. location-required), and primary financial goal.

Each answer filters and ranks a database of business models that our participants have actually launched. The result isn't a generic list — it's three specific business types that fit your answers, with realistic startup cost estimates and the first steps to take this week.

Why We Built This

One of the most common things we hear from people who come to Option C is that they don't know what kind of business to start. They know they want to work for themselves. They know the traditional job market hasn't worked. But they don't know which direction to go.

Generic lists of "businesses you can start" aren't helpful — what matters is whether a specific business fits your specific situation. This quiz was built to answer that question quickly and concretely, using business models drawn from real Option C participants.

Adults Who Are Ready to Build Something of Their Own
