1. About Option C Foundation

Option C Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of North Carolina. Our mission is to help adults who face barriers to traditional employment pursue economic independence through entrepreneurship by providing free business education, mentorship, and structured support to qualified participants.

All program activities are directed toward this nonprofit mission. Option C Foundation does not operate for profit and does not distribute earnings to shareholders, officers, or directors.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

3. Program Application and Participation

Submitting an interest form or application on this Site does not guarantee acceptance into the Option C program. All applications are reviewed individually and acceptance is at the sole discretion of Option C Foundation.

By submitting an interest form, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You are 18 years of age or older
• You reside in the United States
• You consent to being contacted by Option C Foundation regarding your application

Participation in the Option C program is subject to additional terms and conditions that will be provided upon acceptance. Program participation may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of Option C Foundation or the participant.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Option C Foundation provides education, mentorship, and business support. Participation in the program does not guarantee:

• Business success of any kind
• Generation of income or revenue
• Access to business funding, loans, or investment
• Employment or job placement
• Any specific business outcome

Entrepreneurship involves significant risk. Starting a business requires effort, commitment, and sound judgment on the part of the business owner. Option C Foundation provides guidance and support — the outcomes of any business venture are the responsibility of the individual participant.

5. Not Professional Advice

The content on this Site, including blog articles, program descriptions, and all other written materials, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes:
